If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. While we offer free shipping on all orders, please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Once the returned items are received, a refund will be issued.

RETURNS PROCESS (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotions)

For all returns, please email us at support@glowbia.com to request your return label. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the next steps.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your items arrive damaged, please email us at support@glowbia.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. This must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

If any items from your order are missing, please contact us at support@glowbia.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
